    This is amazing. I tried making red velvet cake today after failing the first time. The texture is like Moimoi instead of being kinda foamy. And it didn’t rise. It came out looking small. I don’t know if the problem is the vinegar I used or the baking soda. I used Heinz vinegar distilled malt. I added it to my milk mixture but it didn’t clog. Please which brand of vinegar and vanilla flavor is the best? Help a sister please 🙏

      @biliciousdessert thank you for the response ma. I tried it but it actually stuck to the muffins. However, the brown paper i greased with oil and the one I greased with oil+dusted with flour before pouring my batter came out really nicely.

    Parchment paper for baking doesn’t have a glossy side. You might be using waxed or freezer paper.

    I want to ask ,can cream of tartar act as preservatives and make the cake last in normal room temperature for like 2 days ? Or can I add like a tsp of preservatives like calcium propotionate

      Cream of tartar is not a preservative, and the cake can even last up to 5days outside the fridge
